Board Meeting Minutes

Call to Order - A special board meeting was called to order by President Mel at 12:57 pm after the regular Tuesday membership meeting.
Attendance A quorum was declared with the following officers and directors in attendance: Wendy Aguilar, Christine Cote, Pat Danielson, Joe Kennish, Mel Light, Steve Pickett, Kirsten Stoffer, and Louise Tabayoyon. Members in attendance were Roger Bell and Cherie Ergeson.
Minutes Approved Pat moved and Joe seconded to approve the minutes of the September 1st meeting. Motion carried.
New Members Pat moved and Joe seconded to accept the following new member applications:
1. Lynn Buchanan, transferring from the Kamiakin Club of Yakima, and sponsored by Julius Glover and Don Davidson,
2. Jerry Findley, sponsored by Corky Mattingly and Kirsten Stoffer,
3. E. David Lees, sponsored by Russ Roberts and Ron Zirkle.
Membership for all shall be effective today. Motion carried unanimously.
Announcements Joe moved and Wendy seconded to authorize Chris Christman to share information at the next club meeting regarding the Allied Arts Hop & Ale Festival and to solicit ticket sales for that event. Motion carried.
Last Board Meeting The group acknowledged that this was Mels last board meeting in his tenure as President. Many thanks for his leadership and expectations of still seeing him at all future board meetings.
Adjournment With no other business at hand, the meeting was adjourned 1:15 pm
